Valencia Basket opens the official season in Liga Endesa vs. Bàsquet Girona

Valencia Basket men's team opens its official season with the opening game of the Endesa League round 1 that will face Bàsquet Girona (Saturday 23, 6:00 p.m., Fonteta, Movistar Deportes) in a game that will be the first opportunity to see the project for the 2023-24 season in action on our court.

 

This clash could be the first opportunity to see the seven signings of this season in the taronja jersey in an official game, including the latest signing, the Serbian point guard Stefan Jovic, who could make his debut with our team after joining last Tuesday.

 

To do this, all seven would have to enter a roster from which one of the thirteen available players will be left out. The long-term injured Martin Hermannsson and Xabi López-Arostegui are sidelined.

 

There is only one precedent of confrontations between these two teams in La Fonteta, which last season ended with a 104-69 Taronja victory.
